Responsibilities

• Process product returns and interact with supplier customer service as needed.
• Process incoming and outgoing inventory accurately per procedure.
• Communicate with internal staff for sales orders, inventory, and assets.
• Receive inbound shipments and maintain receiving documents.
• Maintain controlled inventory and properly label per procedure.
• Prepare outbound shipments and documentation for timely delivery.
• Organize and file shipment documentation.
• Coordinate material and shipment needs with internal staff.
