Job summary

Qualifications

• SAP knowledge is a plus for ERP workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a lean/six sigma environment.
• Experience in the chemical industry with batch-making preferred.
• Demonstrated safe work record and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Batch-making responsibilities across multiple departments.
• Follow formulations for Roof coating, Latex, and Solvent departments.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the work area.
• Report raw material and equipment needs to Production Manager.
• Assist with inventory levels and cycle counts.
• Fill batches to requested sizes (1’s, 5’s, 55’s or totes).
• Operate tow motor.
• Submit batch samples to the QC lab for approval and retention.
