Job summary

The Kettle Operator for Tremco Construction Products Group will process Tremco Sealants and Roofing products by following batch orders, maintaining safety, and ensuring quality. The role includes handling materials, operating control systems, and recording production data.

Ideal candidates will read and comprehend batch processes, use measurement tools, and work well in a team to meet production targets. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Reading, writing and comprehension of batch-making processes.
• Ability to read process instructions and operate instruments.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds with mechanical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processes using control boards or HMI.
• Draw samples and conduct quality checks to ensure specifications.
• Add materials to kettles using batch orders and scales.
• Monitor indicators and adjust settings to maintain process conditions.
• Record production and downtime accurately.
