Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Dryer Loader to process Tremco Sealants and roofing products. The role requires reading batch orders, preparing safety and raw materials, and keeping the production area stocked for continuous workflow.

The position emphasizes safe operation, adherence to process orders, and accurate documentation of production and downtime while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred, or willing to obtain.
• LEAN and VFM (Visual Factory Management) knowledge or willingness to train.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned dryer equipment safely.
• Read processing instructions to add raw materials in a timely manner.
• Monitor equipment settings and record production and downtime.
• Maintain and organize paperwork and documentation.
• Cross-train on other production functions as needed.
• Ensure area is clean and materials are stocked for production.
