Berklee College of Music in Boston is seeking Assistant Stage Managers for the 2025–2026 season to support Theater, Dance, and Opera productions. Candidates will assist with production organization, supervise backstage activities, and work with student crews during various events. A diverse, inclusive environment is emphasized.
The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, outstanding organizational and leadership skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Nights and weekends availability is mandatory.
Boston Conservatory at Berklee (BCB) seeks multiple Assistant Stage Managers (ASM) to support various productions in the 2025‑2026 season. The BCB season includes fully produced Theater, Dance, and Opera productions, along with select other events.
The ASM, working with the Production Stage Manager, assists in organizing and disseminating production information, supervises backstage activities for the production, and ensures that all post‑production needs are met. The ASM supervises the student crew. A candidate may be hired to work on one or more productions, in addition to end‑of‑year events, depending on need, availability and qualifications. Please include a cover letter detailing your availability. Partial availability will be considered. Nights and weekends are required.
