The Boston Conservatory at Berklee (BCB) is seeking a skilled, organized, and collaborative Stage Manager to join its Performance Services team. This role is ideal for a production professional who thrives in a creative, student-centered environment. The expected start date is August 2026. Reporting to the Production Operations Manager, the Stage Manager serves as the Production Stage Manager (PSM) for assigned productions—including plays, musical, operas, and dance performances—and as Manager on Duty for designated projects. They will lead staff and student assistant stage managers, support rehearsals and performances, maintain production documentation, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth execution of all BCB productions.
Hiring Range: $57,000 to $62,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
