Qualifications

• Ability to analyze production processes and advise on strategies to meet sample deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage costing and submit tracking updates in cross-functional Excel documents.
• Collect, log, and organize mail for sample distribution and component approvals.
• Manage customs import data with vendors and communicate accurate information to Compliance.
• Adjust buy sheets with latest tariff and duty rates.
• Review and analyze weekly Sample Trackers.
• Keep product development deadlines on track and prepare for weekly meetings.
• Escalate delivery-impacting issues and coordinate solutions with internal and external partners.
• Track and manage catalog, SMS, TOP, and photo samples.
• Coordinate with wholesale and sample management to deliver SMS samples for show deadlines.
• Maintain the sample database for cataloguing development samples.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver products to studio, merchandising, and wholesale teams by deadlines.
