Job summary

THRIVE Wellness and Recovery, Inc. is seeking a full-time position to provide direct support in the apartment program, ensuring residents’ health and safety and coordinating with community services.

You will observe residents, document behaviors, and assist with medication management and transport as needed. A valid driver may be required for client transport and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Services or equivalent plus two years related experience or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services plus two years experience in mental health preferred.
• QMHS certification/experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report maintenance concerns to Apartment Program Director.
• Assist residents with basic needs and monitor medication self-administration per physician’s instructions.
• Help residents store medications and valuables properly.
• Document illnesses, accidents, and important events for supervisor.
• Organize activities and provide transportation for residents to services as needed.
• Develop and monitor service plans using Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles.
• Provide one-to-one support and assist with treatment goals.
