Job summary

Primary Purpose:

Research, design and develop cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) human-centered solutions working with interdisciplinary team to shape AI strategy, literacy, and deployment focusing on LLM training, fine-tuning, machine/deep learning, customization and evaluation.

Essential Job Functions:

• 1. Research, build, train, and deploy machine learning models, algorithms and LLM applications
• 2. Design custom workflows (RAG pipelines)
• 3. Test and evaluate model quality using benchmarks, guardrails, and human feedback to prevent system drift
• 4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create and integrate human-centered AI-driven solutions.
• 5. Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
• 6. Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve AI models.
• 7. Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI and machine learning.
• 8. Contribute to the design and architecture of AI systems.
• 9. Optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
• 10. Prepare technical reports and presentations on research findings.
• 11. Stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies in AI development to propose innovative solutions

Job Requirements:

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• 1. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• 2. Experience with AI/machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch or Hugging Face
• 3. Knowledge of data analysis and statistical modeling.
• 4. Experience with deep learning techniques, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Major (if required: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Experience: Up to two (2) years of relevant experience required. Experience in artificial intelligence (AI) research, development, or related technologies is preferred.
