Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Experience working with persons in crisis.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services including general, medical, and legal advocacy to primary and secondary survivors at on-site and off-site locations.
• Support and information over the phone, in person, and via video conferencing.
• Coordinate and co-facilitate survivor-centered support groups and maintain related records.
• Document and report participant information in compliance with federal/state requirements and policies.
