Big-D Construction is seeking a Project Engineer for the Des Moines Temple project in Des Moines, Iowa. This role supports the project team with submittals, RFIs, meetings, and drawing management on site.

Ideal candidate has a construction management degree and 2+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and collaboration with the PM and superintendent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience on commercial construction projects.
• Attention to detail and a drive to build great projects.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review submittals.
• Write and track RFIs and assist with change orders.
• Prepare and maintain meeting agendas and minutes.
