Job summary

Qualifications

• Must certify in the use of any needed equipment including sweepers, buffers, lifts, carpet cleaning machinery, high rise power washers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, public areas, etc., as instructed.
• Operate mechanized cleaning equipment (vacuum, polishers, buffers, scrubbers, sweepers, power washers).
• Operate balers, shredders, aerial lifts, and forklifts.
• Window and exterior cleaning.
• Clean carpets, rugs, upholstery, drapes.
• Sanitize areas and furnishings.
• Wet or damp mop floors.
• Dust furnishings, fixtures, window sills, wood paneling.
• Dispose of trash and waste.
• Perform emergency cleanups (floods, bodily fluids, spills).
• Restock supplies.
• Move furniture and equipment.
• Remove leaves or snow.
• On-call responsibilities may be required.
• Executive VIP responsibilities may be assigned.
• Report safety issues and repairs.
• Perform other duties and attend meetings.
