Qualifications

• Must certify in the use of any needed cleaning equipment.
• Ability to understand basic instructions and perform tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with team lift occasionally.
• Stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and solvents.
• Must communicate in English for training, safety, and basic operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, public areas, and facilities as instructed.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, polishers, buffers, and power washers.
• Manage exterior cleaning, window cleaning, and carpet maintenance.
• Restock supplies and dispose of waste.
• Report safety or maintenance issues and assist with on-call duties.
