Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Lebanon, IN to monitor temperature-sensitive materials and support outbound preparation. You will update inventory, identify non-conforming items, and coordinate material movement with safe handling practices.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years in warehouse roles; CSCP or similar certification is a plus. Compensation reflects entry-level to mid-range with multiple earning opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
