Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is hiring for a warehouse support role within our MWI Animal Health operations in Minnesota. The position focuses on moving product, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate inventory control and safe handling of temperature-sensitive items.

As the role involves packaging, shipping, and routine exception handling, you will help optimize workflows and ensure on-time delivery while adhering to established procedures and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations activities to enable timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity.
• Maintains operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow adherence across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.
• Processes routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption and sustain control of materials and vehicles.
• Addresses recurring operational exceptions and contributes to process enhancements that improve visibility and day-to-day effectiveness.
• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
