Job summary

Cencora, supporting AmerisourceBergen services in the US, seeks a warehouse associate to monitor temperature-sensitive materials, update records, and ensure accurate packaging and shipping. You will handle inbound/outbound processes, maintain traceability, and ensure safe handling of materials in a fast-paced distribution setting.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, less than 2 years in related roles, and offers pay from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping.
• Strong inventory control and traceability principles.
• Temperature-controlled handling and cold chain for sensitive goods.
• Packaging materials, reusable assets, and replenishment practices.
• Shipment documentation and recordskeeping requirements.
• Safe material handling and operation of warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and prep to preserve conditions.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, andshipment docs for traceability.
• Identify on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and route per procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment for safe flow.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support outbound activity.
• Escalate non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
