Job summary

Cencora in the United States is seeking a distribution associate to support AmerisourceBergen operations. This full-time role covers order fulfillment, cycle counting, and using equipment to track products for distribution.

Shift is Sunday to Thursday; pay starts at $19.00 per hour with potential to $24.13 per hour based on incentives and bonuses. A high school diploma is required; overtime may be needed. Climate-controlled environment; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ongoing ability to work in a climate-controlled facility and fast-paced environment.
• Must be motivated, hard-working and dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Overtime may be required to meet distribution deadlines.
• Ability to perform repetitive and manual tasks consistently.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counting and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and safe.
• Verify product received against documents and report discrepancies or damages.
