Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with CSCP preferred, and less than 2 years in warehouse operations. Compensation starts at $20 per hour with opportunities up to $25.49, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of warehouse experience in distribution/shipping/receiving or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
