Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a warehouse support role in Kentucky. The shift runs Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with starting pay of $20.25 and potential up to $23.74 based on incentives and referrals. You will support storage, packaging, and shipment processes while ensuring traceability and compliance across operations.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, CSCP preferred, and up to 2 years in warehouse roles. Location-based pay adjustments may apply in some states.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• CSCP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• 2 years or less experience in warehouse or distribution operations required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes as needed.
• Coordinates material movement using warehouse equipment to ensure safe flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
