Job summary

Cencora in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Support Associate to help move products safely and efficiently. You will support fleet, logistics and warehouse operations, maintain records, and ensure compliance with process guidelines across receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.

The role focuses on handling temperature-sensitive materials, updating inventory documentation, and escalating issues to keep orders on track. A HS diploma is required; CSCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to enable timely product movement.
• Maintains operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow adherence across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.
• Processes routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption.
• Addresses recurring operational exceptions and contributes to process improvements for visibility and day-to-day effectiveness.
• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
