Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, web design or closely related field; and at least three years of progressively responsible experience designing and developing websites and web pages with database-driven applications; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements and maintains college websites and web pages; updates content, permissions and workflows; ensures accessibility and legal compliance.
• Writes front and backend code using related languages, frameworks and scripts; tests web applications for cross-browser compatibility and performance.
• Develops templates and pages based on requirements; ensures branding consistency and ADA accessibility standards.
• Manages campus and district-wide web projects; coordinates with customers and team; tracks tasks, estimates and acceptance criteria.
• Defines security profiles and collaborates with IT staff to ensure alignment with IT strategies.
