The Quality Assurance Clerk is responsible for ensuring all outbound orders are accurate, from product type, quantity, configuration and kitting. This role involves verifying the accuracy of all orders being processed through the Quality Assurance Clerk’s facility.

Responsibilities as as a Quality Assurance Clerk:
Compare customer orders with allocated products to verify the correct product and product count were pulled.
• Power on devices and verify all configurable settings are correct; Compare with customer work order.
• Record product or configuration discrepancies and report them to the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Transport product to Shipping department after quality checks are complete
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry items up to 15lbs-30lbs.
Work Environment:
• Fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
