Job summary

L&L Fabrication, Inc. is seeking an Internal Quality Control Inspector (QA/QC) to provide quality control across the production process from raw materials to final product.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with the team to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Initially temporary full-time with potential transition to permanent after a 60-day probation.

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure within 1/16 in.
• Familiarity with ASME Section 8/9 welding codes or willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine visual inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Inspect and approve materials based on quality specs.
• Document results and maintain logs per QCM standards.
• Communicate findings to supervisor and recommend remedies.
• Support shipping/receiving as needed.
