Job summary

You must hold an active NM RN license (or compact), with BLS/ACLS certifications and at least 1 year of recent OR circulator experience. CNOR is a plus, BSN preferred.

Job description

This role is a temp-to-perm operating room circulator registered nurse position in Grants, New Mexico. The position offers up to $2,850 per week and focuses on coordinating surgical care, ensuring a sterile environment, and supporting the surgical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Function as a Circulator RN in the OR, coordinating and delivering patient care throughout the surgical process

• Prepare the OR for procedures by ensuring necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and sterile

• Assist surgical teams during procedures while maintaining a sterile environment

• Monitor patients' vital signs and condition throughout the surgery and report any changes

• Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and comfort

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

• Communicate effective with surgeons, anesthesia staff, scrub techs, and other members of the surgical team

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico (or compact license)

• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Associate of Science in Nursing

• Minimum 1 year of recent OR circulator experience

• CNOR certification a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
