Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Specialist in Irvine, CA to support sourcing, procurement, logistics, and day-to-day supply chain operations. This contract-to-hire role requires strong organization and the ability to work onsite four days weekly.

The ideal candidate will assist with vendor onboarding, quotations, MOQs, and catalog maintenance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, product operations, logistics, or related transferable experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and PivotTables, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Global sourcing experience is a plus.
• QSR, food service, specialty beverage, and Chinese language skills are all a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support North American sourcing strategies and purchasing activities.
• Assist with vendor sourcing, pre-qualification, onboarding, quotations, MOQs, samples, and account setup.
• Maintain sourcing databases, documentation, pricing sheets, and product catalogs.
• Coordinate samples and feedback between vendors and internal teams.
• Support merchandise, packaging, and planning activities.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, R&D, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Support inbound logistics, including HS/HTS code verification and customs documentation.
• Track assignments, ensure timely follow-through, and support ad hoc operational needs.
