Job summary

Adecco is seeking Production Operators in the Somersworth / Dover, NH area. This temp-to-hire position offers overtime, incentives, and a competitive starting pay rate. Shifts include 1st and 2nd with respective hours.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, following procedures, performing quality checks, and maintaining production standards. Requires HS diploma or GED and ability to learn across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• Previous experience operating production machinery to set standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of multiple processes.
• Demonstrated computer literacy.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate complex manufacturing equipment following established procedures.
• Read and interpret information as provided.
• Perform quality checks as required.
• Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork.
• Maintain established production standards.
• Aim for personal and department goals.
• Learn to operate in several departments after training.
• Operate powered industrial trucks after training.
