Job summary

Adecco is hiring Production Operators in Dover, NH for a leading medical device manufacturer. This temp-to-hire position offers overtime opportunities and incentives. Pay is $18 per hour, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

You'll assemble, inspect, label, and package high-quality medical devices, while following GMP, safety, and PPE requirements in a clean manufacturing environment. Previous production experience is a plus but not required, with emphasis on accuracy and

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package medical devices.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Count, label, cap, fill, and package products for shipment.
• Set up production jobs and monitor equipment performance.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment or product issues.
• Follow GMP, safety, and PPE requirements in a clean manufacturing environment.
• Communicate quality or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
