Express Employment Professionals in Painesville is hiring a Grinder / De-burr Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The role is on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with pay between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

You will grind and de-burr finished metal parts, read blueprints and work orders, operate handheld and pedestal grinders, stamp parts, and ensure production and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in grinding and deburring preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing paperwork.
• Experience using grinding and finishing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Grind and de-burr finished metal products.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Operate hand and power tools, including pistol grinders, die grinders, belt sanders, and pedestal grinders.
• Stamp parts using hand-held and mechanical press methods.
• Meet production and quality standards.
• Enter production transactions into the MES system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
