Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a reliable Manual/Standard Grinder to operate manual grinding equipment for shaping and finishing metal parts to tight tolerances. You will read blueprints, inspect parts with measuring tools, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced shop environment.

The position runs Mon-Fri 6am–2:30pm with pay between $23.00 and $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in grinding, machining, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Own tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a manual grinder for wet and surface grinding small parts.
• Maintain hold tolerances and geometric tolerances; perform inspection and measuring.
• Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications.
