Job summary

DelRicht Research is seeking a Patient Care Technician to deliver excellent care and a positive experience for participants in our clinical trials. This temporary, full-time role is based on-site in Town and Country, MO and Wildwood, MO, for about six months with potential extension.

You will support day-to-day study visits, assist with uploads and paperwork, keep activities organized, follow study protocols, and collaborate with team members to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; hands-on clinical training or experience considered.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience in customer service or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day study visits and blinded trial activities.
• Assist the study team with uploads, paperwork, and other required documentation.
• Help keep study activities organized and moving efficiently during screening, enrollment, and ongoing participant visits.
• Coordinate closely with team members and respond to changing study priorities.
• Follow study protocols, clinic procedures, and applicable research requirements.
• Take on additional study support tasks as delegated by the team.
