The position begins as a 6-month contract with the opportunity to convert to a full-time PCA employee based on performance and business needs. The role supports multiple ERP and manufacturing systems across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting business applications.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis abilities.
• Experience working directly with end users.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for enterprise business applications used across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, process, and data-related issues.
• Work directly with users to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Utilize SQL to research transactions, validate data, and support business operations.
• Test software enhancements, application updates, and new functionality.
• Create and maintain support documentation.
• Support applications including Customer Maintenance, Estimating, Pricing, Order Processing, Scheduling, Shipping, Invoicing, Inventory, Security, Payroll, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Manufacturing Systems.
