Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting business applications in a corporate environment.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, subqueries, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Experience working directly with end users.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for enterprise business applications across multiple manufacturing facilities.

Position Summary

PCA is seeking an experienced Technical Applications Support Analyst to support business-critical applications used throughout our manufacturing operations. This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to work directly with end users, and strong SQL knowledge for researching and resolving application-related issues.

This position begins as a 6-month contract assignment with the opportunity to convert to a full-time PCA employee based on performance and business needs. PCA is seeking candidates interested in a long-term opportunity and continued growth within the organization.
