Stand-By Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist for a temp-to-hire role in Pryor, Oklahoma.

You will set up, operate, edit programs, and troubleshoot CNC milling and turning equipment to produce precision components according to blueprints and manufacturing specifications. Requires 2–5 years hands-on CNC machining, strong blueprint-reading skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Hands-on experience with CNC mills and/or lathes, including setup, operation, program editing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and specifications.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and ability to make program adjustments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to dimensional accuracy, and reliability.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate CNC milling and/or lathe equipment to manufacture precision components according to blueprints and production specs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to determine machining requirements, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Prepare CNC machinery for production, including tooling setup and material positioning.
