Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machining experience for Level 1-2 positions.
• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes and following existing machining programs.
• Ability to adjust speeds and feeds to maintain proper cutting conditions.
• Able to use calipers and micrometers to measure components to 0.001 inch.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to machine metal components.
• Follow existing programs and adjust speeds/feeds for accuracy.
• Verify part dimensions using precision measuring tools (calipers/micrometers).
• Assist with valve and compressor assembly, testing, shipping prep, and general shop duties.
