Job summary

American StaffCorp is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance on CNC machines and related manufacturing equipment on the South OKC shop floor. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, replace worn parts, and assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new CNC machines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of CNC experience, and the ability to work independently or with a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience maintaining CNC machinery.
• Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, etc).
• Understanding of mechanical systems, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Conduct troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
• Replace worn or defective parts such as bearings, seals, wiring, and motors.
• Maintain documentation for all maintenance work including service reports and logs.
• Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new CNC machines.
• Work closely with machinists, production supervisors, and engineers to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep inventory of spare parts and request replacements as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
