Responsibilities

• Manage sales transaction workflows from initiation through completion.

• Support vendor invoice administration, payment processing, and account maintenance.
• Assist with project setup, budgeting, and operational tracking activities.
• Reconcile data across multiple business platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to transactions, payments, and records.
• Collaborate with customer-facing, operational, and finance teams to support business objectives.
