• Support daily accounting operations including transaction processing.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support reporting needs.
• Help resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting support tasks.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Reconcile invoices, statements, reports, and account information as needed.
• Support month-end close activities, reporting, and documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve billing, payment, or record discrepancies.
• Maintain organized accounting files and support compliance with internal procedures.
