Publix Super Markets in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a motivated team member to assist as a Mixer Operator in our Manufacturing department. You will assemble ingredients into containers, open packaging, perform back-up mixer duties during breaks, and help palletize products on a fast-paced production line.

This role requires strong teamwork, adherence to GMPs, the ability to lift 25 pounds frequently, and flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate safe working habits.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 25 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must be a team player with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Mixer Operator by assembling ingredients into containers.
• Perform mixer operator duties when needed during breaks, lunches, as back-up operator.
• Opening ingredients such as bags, boxes, and totes.
• Inspecting ingredients for quality and foreign material.
• Palletizing product.
• Rotating in all positions and on all lines.
• Other duties as assigned.
