ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a temporary-to-full-time warehouse associate in Bethlehem to join our growing SICs. You will help receive, pick, pack, and ship products, while contributing to safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

No prior warehouse experience is required; a 7‑day training program will bring you up to speed. This role offers growth opportunities as ShipBob continues to expand across merchants and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8–10 hours.
• Flexible to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends.
• Willing to assist in other departments as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

This job posting is specifically for temporary ShipBob associates in our SICs that are transiting to full‑time employee roles.

Compensation: $18.00–$19.00

Role Description:

Our Associates work together as a team to deliver an incredible experience for our customers every day. What you’ll do:

• Receiving: This team accepts our customers’ new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. The team also communicates arrivals and any exceptions.
• Picking: Across two different processes, our picking team delivers products to the next stage quickly and accurately, keeping the flow of customers’ products moving and the warehouse humming.
• Packing: The final touches before a customer receives their products; the packing team ensures the quality of each shipment and packs items correctly, working with picking to guarantee perfect fulfillment.
• Other Duties: You may be asked to help out in other areas outside your normal day‑to‑day responsibilities to keep operations running efficiently.
• Product Safety: Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains safety, quality, and legality; follow SOPs, report concerns, support traceability, and contribute to continual improvement.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime and/or weekends; consistently arrive on time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8‑10 hr shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull frequently.
• May be required to help out in other departments as needed.
• Willing to get your hands dirty to complete tasks.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly.
• Extremely detail‑oriented.
• Quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Looking to join a rapidly growing start‑up company.
• Previous warehouse experience is not required; you will receive a 7‑day training program.
• Must be 18 or older.
