As an Associate, you’ll work in Receiving, Picking, and Packing to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Training lasts seven days, and opportunities for career progression are strong within ShipBob’s growing network.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk 8–10 hours per shift.
• Willingness to help out in other departments.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to change.
• Eager to start at an fast-growing startup.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage inventory check-in, communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking: deliver products quickly and accurately along the process.
• Packing: ensure quality and correct packing for shipments.
• Other Duties as Required: assist in other areas to keep operations running.
• Maintain safety, quality, and legality; record-keeping and continuous improvement.
