Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical design or product development.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, pattern making, and quality standards.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical specifications and fit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate samples for fit, construction, and quality against standards.
• Conduct detailed garment measurements and ensure specification consistency.
• Lead fit sessions and provide technical recommendations to improve fit and performance.
• Create and update technical specifications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fit and construction issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve fit, quality, and product consistency.
• Support commercialization to ensure products are production-ready and align with brand standards.
