• Create sushi rolls per kiosk guidelines and quality standards.
• Prepare various fresh foods and entrees as required.

• Control waste and costs to meet kiosk goals.
• Ensure clean work environment and prevent contamination.
• Greet customers and communicate to ensure they feel valued.
• Learn store layout, par levels, equipment and host requirements.
