Job summary

WorkGenius Group is seeking a Temp Construction Coordinator to support store development initiatives in the fashion/activewear sector across the United States.

You will coordinate milestones, manage Procore and Smartsheet platforms, and collaborate with Real Estate, Store Design, Construction, Finance, Facilities, and vendors to keep projects on schedule.

This temporary role offers the potential for permanent placement and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in construction, store development, design coordination, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Project).
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and prioritization skills with close attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, professional, and solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, kickoffs, status meetings, and action items throughout the store development lifecycle.
• Launch approved projects and maintain master schedules, communicating deadlines while identifying and resolving schedule risks.
• Administer store development platforms, including Procore, Smartsheet, and shared databases; manage project setup, permissions, folders, dashboards, reports, and templates.
• Facilitate collaboration among Real Estate, Store Design, Construction, Finance, Facilities, Operations, landlords, vendors, and consultants.
• Track project documentation, utility setups, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, contracts, and billing coordination while maintaining confidentiality.
