• Current WISHA first aid certification.
• Current ISSAS district training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule swing shift custodial work; train and supervise staff; inspect work and evaluate performance.
• Operate HVAC system; change belts, lubricate, and write work orders.
• Inspect building and equipment for safety; perform minor repairs and write repair orders.
• Advise principal on mechanical equipment and maintenance needs.
• Inventory and order cleaning supplies; anticipate future needs.
• Conduct fire drills and perform cleaning tasks.
• Provide direction to crews and act as a positive role model.
