Qualifications

• Four (4) years of journey level HVAC experience including experience with DDC control systems.
• HS Diploma/GED plus trade school or journeyman status.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer; basic Excel/database skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional journey level maintenance, repair and installation of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Monitor and diagnose building HVAC systems using Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance including air quality testing, filter changes, and component repair.
• Read blueprints and manuals; assist in bids and estimates for parts and supplies.
• Input data into CMMS and city financial reporting systems.
