Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on high-volume recruitment for retail stores across the U.S. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity in sourcing candidates, and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape, providing an opportunity to develop a strategic recruitment program.

Job DescriptionAs a contingent member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Recruiter holds a pivotal role in spearheading high-volume, non -exempt recruitment for SFA Stores across the US. Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment, they will play a key role in filling open jobs and passive searches as they continue to develop a talent pool for the Store Team. They do the research in all the right places to find, identify and interview potential candidates.
Who You Are:
You are highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to switch focus quickly through numerous projects in a rapid pace environment
You possess the ability to “think outside of the box”, and be resourceful and creative
You have superior verbal and written communication skills
You are tech savvy and comfortable using different sourcing platforms for candidate outreach e.g: Indeed; LinkedIn
You possess an understanding of the luxury retail landscape and thrive on executing high-volume recruitment to ensure superior service across our stores in the US
You are acollaborative member of the Recruitment team, actively driving change initiatives and cultivating strategic recruitment programs and processes.
You Also Have:
1-2 years related proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferred
Hands-on experience with sourcing & interviewing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo / Workday preferred)
Proficiency in Google Suite
Prior retail, or other fast-paced service environment experience, preferred
Ability to monitor and analyze recruitment processes, providing valuable data insights to assess effectiveness
As the Recruiter You Will:
Coordinate with stores to determine position requirements
Identify & interview qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques and tools within a high-volume environment
Use various sourcing channels, including social media
Initiate candidate outreach, including sending recruiting emails, text messages, social media direct messages and phone calls to potential candidates
Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying and speaking to Saks Global’s culture while engaging candidates
Maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs
