Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant at our Cabazon Outlet to transform visits into luxury experiences. You will support the sales team, manage appointments, prep products, and maintain store appearance to reflect our premium brand.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help ensure flawless service and store operations. You are passionate, customer-focused, and adept with digital tools, delivering clear communication and teamwork in a fast-paced luxury

Responsibilities

• Actively communicate store, product and customer information within the team to meet customer and business needs.
• Support selling flow by updating customer profiles and preparing for client appointments.
• Create calendars for confirmed appointments and assist with large scale appointments.
• Assist with pulling and organizing product for appointments and ensure stock is ready.
• Care for POS and Alteration Stations and maintain organized back-of-house areas.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy following Zegna policies.

As Brand Ambassadors, you help support the Customer Advisors and help create an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm for the Zegna collections.Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will support the sales team through retail operational excellence and aid in ensuring the stores’ overall image.
