Management Analysis Technologies, Inc. seeks a Military Science Instructor to support Army ROTC programs in Virginia. The role combines classroom and field training to deliver ROTC instruction and hands-on leadership development to cadets.

Responsibilities include teaching, coaching cadet teams, and assisting with cadet recruitment initiatives. CST participation and travel to events are expected, with a focus on safety and mission readiness.

Qualifications

Have been a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer within the U.S Army, Active Component, or former or current member in the U.S Army Reserve, or Army National Guard.
Temporary employment - minimum of four (4) years - six (6) years preferred - prior active or reserve military experience
Meet the academic institution’s qualifications and requirements for instructor positions at that institution

Responsibilities

Provide military science instruction in classroom and field settings per Cadet Command’s POI and syllabus.
Coach, teach and prepare Cadet teams including Ranger Challenge, drill team, and color guard.
Support Cadet Summer Training (CST) for ~40 days at Fort Knox, KY.
Assist Government personnel with Cadet recruitment events and information dissemination.
Travel as needed for CST and other ROTC events.
