Job summary

Management Analysis Technologies (MAT), Inc. seeks a Military Science Instructor to deliver classroom and field-based military instruction for Army ROTC programs.

You will implement standard curricula, manage cadet training, and support physical fitness and competitive teams in diverse settings on and off campus. Qualified candidates will have experience with ROTC programs, strong instructional skills, and the ability to travel for CST events at Fort Knox, KY or similar locations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to teach military science in classroom and field settings.
• Experience supporting ROTC programs and CST operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to train cadets.

Responsibilities

• Provide military science instruction and field training per POI and ROTC directives.
• Teach Warrior Tasks, Battle Drills, and small unit tactics; support physical training.
• Coach cadet teams and guide cadet leadership in garrison and field environments.
• Instruct cadets on planning, crisis management, and contingency execution.
