Job summary

Theisen's Home-Farm-Auto is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Davenport, IA. This temporary position requires excellent customer service, a friendly attitude, and the ability to help customers find the right merchandise.

You may assist across departments, process transactions, and support store operations as needed. Ideal candidates have 3–12 months of retail experience and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3-12 months retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Approach customers storewide and assist them to locate merchandise.
• Explain benefits and features of merchandise and suggest add-on items.
• Maintain general knowledge of products and areas of expertise as needed.
• Compute price quotes, place orders, and provide contact information for follow-up on special orders.
• Answer phones and assist customers within established guidelines.
• Keep the store clean and maintain merchandise displays and tagging.
• Restock shelves and assist with checkout and carryouts.
